Mr. Gallegos is the founder and principal of Earl Gallegos Management, Inc., specializing in management consulting from a board prospective within the insurance, technology and real estate sectors. He has served successfully on ten private and public boards. Over the 15-years of the company’s existence, Mr. Gallegos has been involved in over 20 M&A transactions, providing consulting services from a board perspective as well as from a “lead” position.

He served as an outside director and audit committee member for Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS, NASDAQ). Fidelity National Information Solutions is one of the largest real estate and mortgage processors and information aggregators in North America. In October 2003, Mr. Gallegos negotiated the merging of “FNIS” into its parent, Fidelity National Financial (FNF, NYSE), becoming part of a global enterprise with over $10 billion in annual revenues.

Currently, Mr. Gallegos serves as a board of director and audit committee member in the following companies: Cover-all Technologies (OTC COVER.OB), an insurance technology company specializing in policy issuance systems serving tier two and three carriers within the U.S market, Fidelity National Real Estate solutions (Private), an internet based real estate technology company and is a founder of Peak Performance Solutions, Inc. (Private), an insurance technology firm specializing in back office solutions and services for small carriers within the U.S market.
