Peak Performance would like to introduce you to our Vice President of Insurance Operations, Karen Eaton. Karen has recently assumed operational responsibility for our Claims division, which includes claims administration/automation, Managed Care, and EDI solutions. Karen has over 15 years of experience in managing the software development lifecycle, project management, business process development, technical documentation, and help desk management. This experience has been applied in various business domains including, healthcare (claims administration, state reporting of FROI/SROI, HIPAA compliance, bill processing, managed care, and escrow management for multiple lines of businesses).

Prior to joining Claims Harbor, Karen served as Director at Cambridge Integrated Service Group, a third-party claims administrator. Responsibilities included the following teams and processes: business analysis relative to end-to-end claims administration, software systems for claims administration (all lines of business), EDI for state reporting, managed care, medical bill processing, escrow management and financial reporting.
