Peak Performance Acquires Envision Technology Solutions to Expand its Product Line of Mature, Proven Insurance Processing Solutions

Acquisition supports company’s goal to offer the industry’s most complete end-to-end insurance technology solutions, and is a perfect compliment to the recent PolicyPointe acquisition

Columbus, OH – March 6, 2006:  Peak Performance, a leading provider of insurance technology solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry, announces the acquisition of Envision Technology Solutions, of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Envision Technology Solutions  (www.envision-ts.com) is an established company providing a broad array of tools for insurance professionals in the fields of risk management, claims administration, and safety.  Envision’s tools are in use by TPA’s, self-insured’s, and other organizations that are leaders in their industries.

Envision’s core solutions include:
