Peak Performance Signs Lockton Risk Services, Inc. to a Multi-Year Technical Support Agreement

Peak Performance provides Lockton with a comprehensive solution for full automation and support of its Professional Liability Insurance Program

Columbus, Ohio, July 17, 2006:  Peak Performance, a leading provider of software and solutions for the insurance industry, announces the signing of a multi-year technical support agreement with Lockton Risk Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Lockton Companies, to provide information technology services for PolicyPointe®, Peak’s Virtual Insurance Administration solution.

PolicyPointe® www.policypointe.com is a web-based solution that offers virtual insurance administration processing for commercial and personal lines insurance programs. Lockton utilizes PolicyPointe to support its professional liability insurance program. PolicyPointe connects Lockton’s users with the information and processing functionality they need through a reliable, single point of service solution for executing transactions in a controlled, efficient, and secure manner. This helps Lockton to reduce program administration costs while supporting an innovative and more effective customer service approach.

Peak Performance will provide a variety of technical services from its US operations, and Peak & SPAN Solutions Private Limited, its company in Bangalore, India. Peak Performance will be enhancing PolicyPointe for Lockton to support additional insurance programs, and the expansion of its business operations. The contract is for three years with continuous renewal periods.
