Hoboken, NJ, April 19, 2005 – Founded by seasoned insurance industry professionals, Peak Performance Solutions, Inc. comes to market with an ambitious strategy to offer Property & Casualty insurance organizations one-stop shopping for technology solutions and services with measurable and defendable ROI. Peak Performance is headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey with an office in Columbus, Ohio.

Peak Performance’s unique approach focuses on a two-pronged strategy which includes the acquisition of mature and proven insurance software solutions, complemented with development, repositioning and re-platforming efforts to take full advantage of web services and other modern technologies.

With over 35 years of insurance industry experience, Steven Isaac leads the executive team as Peak Performance’s founder and CEO. Mr. Isaac most recently served as CEO of Atlanta-based Bridium, Inc.

Mr. Isaac noted, “We see our strategy as offering the best of both worlds….taking solutions that are already working well and enhancing them with new technology capabilities and extended functionality. With today’s web technologies, industry standards, and much easier integration options, we consider the industry’s long-awaited dream of one system that does it all as something that is finally achievable in a cost effective offering.”

Recent Peak Performance acquisitions include, Mayfare Software Solutions, an insurance software solution provider with an impressive track record of over 30 years delivering products and services to the Property & Casualty insurance industry. Included in the Mayfare acquisition is the IS4W core Property & Casualty processing solution, currently in production at 16 insurers.

Peak Performance has also acquired River Run’s Claims Enhancement System (CES), a wireless claims solution for Property & Casualty insurers and Third Party Administrators. The CES suite of applications employs wireless technology and a decision support rules-based workflow engine to automate many of the core processes involved in handling claims, offering Property & Casualty claims organizations a path to greater efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Mr. Isaac noted, “These two acquisitions are just the beginning of our aggressive growth strategy and our goal to deliver world-class, high-value, end-to-end insurance processing solutions to the insurance industry. Director, Richard Freeman has extensive experience in both public securities and private equity investing and possesses a broad investment perspective.
