Peak Performance Announces Promotion of Kevin Smith to Chief Technology Officer

Hoboken, NJ, June 9, 2005 – Insurance industry solution provider, Peak Performance Solutions, Inc., today announced the promotion of Kevin Smith to the position Chief Technology Officer.

In his new position, Mr. Smith will be responsible for Peak Performance’s client service and support, as well as the company’s product development. Mr. Smith, a 1996 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in computer science, joined the product development staff of Mayfare Software (recently acquired by Peak Performance) in 2000.

Steven Isaac, CEO of Peak Performance, commented, “Kevin’s promotion is well deserved and supports the ongoing implementation of our Peak Performance strategy. That is, to embrace already successful and proven insurance solutions and enhance them even further with new technology capabilities.”

Mr. Isaac continued, “This year Kevin has been responsible for the development and introduction of the ONdec™ SUITE for decision support and workflow solution for P&C Organizations; the development of our IS-Web Data web based agent interface; and the planning for our next generation browser-based technology solution. In his new position, Kevin will also be responsible for the delivery of our entire suite of products as well as all related client services.”
